Welcome to our MOVE INSIDE FLOW RETREAT
The retreat is located in pristine natural surroundings and one of only a few hidden islands still remaining.
From the resort you can explore two other small islands Koh Pling Lek and Koh Pling Yai. These islands provide a natural habitat for various kinds of exotic birds and wild animals. At the resort, you can relax at the end of the day by enjoying a stunning sunset on your own private beach.
You can explore the islands kayaking and the stunning snorkelling points when you're feeling adventurous. Or chill in a hammock on the beach front with a book from the resort's library.
The Eco Lodge's intention is to protect the island and have as little environmental impact as possible. All of the bungalows use solar panels to create electricity and have eco friendly boilers for hot water. The rooms use natural cooling systems, so no noisy AC units meaning none of the unhealthy dry air that comes with them. The rooms are provided with re-usable water bottles to reduce plastic waste and all the complimentary toiletries are made from recycled/eco-friendly products.
The staff are very eco concious, so the grounds are kept litter free, providing unspoilt surroundings.

A £500 deposit* is required to secure your place by the 31st July 2025,
the remainder balance is due by 31st October 2025.
*£100 Early Bird Discount if deposit received by 30th June.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
• 7 Days 6 Nights accommodation in a Luxury Eco Lodge.
• Sunrise & Sunset Yoga Classes & meditation in the Yoga Shala overlooking the bay.
• Half board for your whole stay which includes:
Breakfast - Selection of tea, coffee, homemade jams, fresh fruit, pastries and hot menu options
Dinner - Meat & Vegan Thai Buffet.
• Kayak and Paddle Boards to use at your own convenience
• Snorkelling Gear
• Private beach for guests at the eco-lodge only (10 eco-lodges on the island)
• One way Domestic Flight from BKK to Phuket .
• Private 2-way luxury taxi from Phuket airport to the boat terminal (approx 2.5 hours)
• Long tail boat (45-60 minutes which feels like 30 when you take in the stunning views) to the island.
• Savannah Sunrise Tour (4 hour trip).
• Thai cooking Class.
• Koh Kai one one-day trip, where you enjoy the beautiful Coral Reef.
• Bon voyage last day 3 course dinner.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
• Flights from the UK.
• Visa Fees, if you need it.
• Domestic return flight back to BKK.
• Travel Insurance. Make sure you take out travelling insurance and check if you need vaccines.
• Massage.
• Lunch which you can buy from the resort restaurant (we did not include this in the package as during our 6 days we did
not buy lunch once, only a smoothie, as the breakfast and dinner were enough for us each day).
• Drinks & Snacks.

TRAVELLING ADVICE
• For flights to Thailand, I would recommend Thai Airways or EVA Air for a direct flight, or you can fly with Etihad, Emirates, Qatar or Singapore Airlines for indirect flights.
• Domestic flights from Phuket return to Bangkok airport I recommend Air Asia, Bangkok Airways & Nok Air.
• Make sure you take out travel insurance and see if you need any travel vaccines.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUND
The full balance should be transferred by 31st October 2025. In case you decide to not come after this date only 50% will be returned, unless it is an extreme situation of family loss or similar instance that we will evaluate. Therefore, we suggest you to find another friend to take up your place.
Please note that the deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your space within a reasonable timeframe.
Since the numbers are counted and we have to pay upfront, it’s quite a challenge to manage it on short notice. We really hope you understand this.
All the plans and schedule will be sent out 12 weeks before our travelling.
